Message	that some cleaners would be aggressive and 'eat through' some seal or insulation areas within the injector and start to eat away at the insulation on the copper windings causing an open or short. But I think more likely would be that someone put in a cleaner and needed to 'run it hard' to get the most out of the cleaner, and with injectors about at the end of their life, the extra hard runs were all that was needed to get them to fail. But I think both reasons above are not likely and there must be some other reason(s) for the coincidence.
